Chris Greco
Chief Executive Officer

Chris runs RSSG.

Chris has served in leadership roles that helped turn-around large Fortune 100 enterprises, has lead sales and customer success organizations, and together with a world-class management team, scaled a start-up to a $220M acquisition. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset to every organization that he’s lead. Christopher has published professional blogs on recruiting, strategy, and leadership. He’s a recent Author, publishing the book, 8 Steps to Overcoming Everyday Adversity, a blueprint promoting individual self-reliance to help anyone persevere and become unstoppable.

Chris is a graduate of Catholic University in Washington DC and holds an MBA from Florida International University. He’s married with two young children and a rescue dog. He’s competed in four (4) triathlons, including a 70.3 Ironman. He unabashedly calls his wife (of Cuban heritage) an amateur chef, and loves pairing fine wine with her world-class cooking. Christopher and his family reside in Overland Park, KS.

Jeffrey Brown

Jeffrey advises RSSG. 

Jeffrey has been an active investor, Board Member and Advisor for early-stage software technology companies for the past 12 years, including Payit, Balance Innovations, RX Savings Solutions, Store Financial, Cert-Tech. 

Previously, Jeffrey served as President, National Mortgage Production for MetLife Home Loans and First Horizon National Corporation. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, MetLife Home Loans ranked in the top ten of mortgage companies in the U.S, and had over 4,000 employees nationwide. Prior to joining the mortgage/consumer lending industry, I spent several years in sales leadership and ownership roles within three organizations: Markem Corporation (New Hampshire)  Graphic Technology (Olathe, KS), California Labels (Fresno, CA).

Jeffrey a graduate of Texas Christian University. He loves hunting and is an avid Husker’s fan. 

He lives in Leawood, KS with his wife, Nancy, and has 5 children.

Mark Simpson
Chief Operating Officer

Mark leads product development and operations for RSSG. 

Mark has served in leadership roles in both start-up and corporate environments and brings experience from the disciplines of Engineering, Product Management, User Experience, and Organizational Design. He brings both a creative and analytical perspective to developing software solutions that delight customers. He’s a systems thinker that loves to dream big and leverage the wisdom of the crowd to solve complex problems. Mark also enjoys coaching individuals, especially those young in career, so they can develop to become the best version of themselves.

Mark is a Computer Science graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mark is married with three children, two dogs, and a cat. He enjoys participating in competitive sports, traveling across the world, and getting lost in a good book. Mark and his family reside in Shawnee, KS. 

John Epperson
VP, Sales Engineering

John runs large, complex account sales for RSSG.

VP Sales Engineering - John works with major accounts and as a bridge between customers and the product development team. He works to continuously increase the value of RSSG’s products to provide opportunities for our customers to more effectively compete with much larger retailers.

With multiple technology-focused leadership roles in his career, John has direct experience with the positive impact implementing the right technology can have on an organization.

When not immersed in the grocery industry, John fills his spare time with his aviation and automobile hobbies and entertaining his two rescue dogs.

Karen Cunningham
Director, Accounting and HR

Karen runs accounting and HR for RSSG. 

Karen has worked in the accounting field since her college days in Emporia, Kansas.  Beginning at a regional hardware store and later a major national bank, Karen worked extensively as a staff accountant in both accounts receivable and payable across a variety of industries. Karen prides herself on being an active collaborator whose attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to both her company and teammates define her approach to her career and life. 

Karen is Shawnee, Kansas native and married to a Marine and long-time high school teacher in the area. Both Karen and her husband are graduates of Emporia State University where their son currently attends. They also have a daughter who is also planning on attending ESU. Karen has served in a variety of volunteer roles supporting veterans and youth. In her off-time, Karen enjoys spending time with her friends and family glamping, catfishing, and visiting the beautiful beaches of South Carolina. 

Cody Inman
Head of Engineering

Cody leads the technical team and drives the software platform. 

With over 15 years in the software industry, Cody brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the technical team. He has helped lead and design complex software systems including intrathecal drug calculation software, medical ordering systems, 401k recommendation engines, asset management platforms, and more. He’s been with the RSSG since inception and has helped create the software platform behind the company. Always forward-thinking, he pushes the tech to be leading-edge in the industry.

Cody is a native Texan, yet living over half his life in the Kansas City metro considers himself a Kansas-Citian. He is married with 2 children, a dog, a cat, and 5 fish (they count right?). When he’s not immersed in code, he enjoys playing Ice Hockey, hiking, and spending time playing with his kids and dog. He and his family resided in Kansas City, MO.
